Kelly Coughlin, CHR’s Resident Services Professional at Ridgecrest Village in West Roxbury, was named Leasing Professional of the Year by the Massachusetts Apartment Association.
Kelly has been a member of the Ridgecrest team since graduating college. In her 2+ years here, she has increased her responsibilities with poise, passion and an ever-present positive attitude. As Ridgecrest’s only Resident Services Professional for much of the year, she capably and willingly handled more than 450 leads plus renewals with the skill of a seasoned professional. This year she closed 76 leases with a 39% closing ratio, far surpassing her goals.
