Administrative Assistant (Brighton, MA)
Chestnut Hill Realty is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to manage the daily requirements of a busy reception desk as well as provide assistance to the property management staff in overseeing operations of our apartments located in Brookline, Brighton and Cambridge.

Under the direction of the Assistant Property Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering all incoming calls and handling daily mail for our property management office in Brighton. Provides administrative support for property management and monitors office supplies. Specific duties include answering/screening incoming phone calls, filing and other general administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant will also work with the property management team to approve incoming applications for prospective residents and process monthly rent checks as well as assisting the maintenance supervisor with a variety of tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent phone and customer service skills; and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in MS Office. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer a minimum of one-year reception/office experience.

The position is located at Hancock Village, a 789 unit Class A property in Chestnut Hill. We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent with experience as the lead Super on ground up construction projects.

Chestnut Hill Realty, one of New England's leading full service real estate companies, has an immediate opening for a Construction Superintendent in our rapidly expanding Construction division. The ideal candidate should be able to work with a great deal of independence and authority, using their problem solving skills to successfully manage the completion of a fast paced construction project.

The Project Superintendent oversees the construction of a new exciting upscale Clubhouse at our Village Green apartment complex located 20 miles south of Boston in Plainville. This person will ensure the project is built on schedule, within budget and with our quality standards. The project is scheduled to run from September 2014 to June 2015. Late nights and weekends are not required unless necessary to meet finish schedule. Additional work expected to be available at the end of the project.

  • Manage construction process and field operations for assigned project.
  • Coordinates, directs, and supervises the work of subcontractors and laborers on site to assure that projects are completed within prescribed schedules and budgets, in compliance with Chestnut Hill Realty policies and procedures, and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
