
Lisa Collentro, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Collentro began with CHR in 1992, first working in the operational side of property management. This experience allowed her insight into HR functions, and she was promoted to lead Human Resources at its formal inception in 1999. She now oversees all HR functions of the company, including employee relations, training, payroll, and compensation and benefits. She is a member of the Operations Committee.
Ms. Collentro earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College. She is active in several community organizations.
Tom Dooley, Regional Property Manager
Mr. Dooley began with CHR in 1994 as a condominium manager with 15 associations. He became a residential property manager in 1998, was promoted to a senior property manager in 2004, and became a regional property manager in 2006. In 2008, Tom received the RHA Professional Achievement award in the Regional Property Manager category. Tom holds the designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. He holds a MA real estate sales license.
Mr. Dooley received his AS and BS in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire in 1988.
Mark C. Lawrence, Director of Maintenance
Mark began with CHR in May 1985 as Property Manager for Bay View Estates in Portsmouth, RI. In 1990 he became Maintenance Supervisor for Hancock Village, our largest property of 789 town homes, in Brookline, MA. Mark became the Regional Director of Maintenance and was later promoted to CHR's Director of Maintenance in 2007. He is responsible for overseeing maintenance at over 20 locations. Mark serves on several working committees at CHR and has his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation. He was awarded the 2008 National Apartment Association Paragon Award as the National CAMT of the year for excellence in the field of maintenance.

Jennifer F. Murphy, Director of Residential Leasing
Jen Murphy began work at CHR in 1996 after receiving a BA from Syracuse University. She oversees the leasing operations of 20 properties in MA and RI, and is responsible for hiring, training and supporting a team of 30 leasing professionals. Ms. Murphy is an instructor for modules of the National Apartment Leasing Professional designation and Certified Apartment Manager designation. She has served as a facilitator at RHA events and was named 2005 RHA NALP of the year.

David Risko, Vice President of Property Management
David Risko began work at CHR in 1989 as a Condominium Manager. He became a Residential Property Manager in 1991 and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 1995, before becoming Vice President of Property Management in 2007. He holds the Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association. Mr. Risko received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.
H. Samuel Smart, Senior Regional Property Manager
Sam Smart has been with the company since 1986. He began as an Assistant Property Manager, moved to Condominium Manager, then Director of that department before becoming Property Manager of Hancock Village in 1989. In his current position he is responsible for nearly 2,000 rental units. Mr. Smart serves on several CHR committees. He is also active in coaching youth activities in his town.
Mr. Smart received his BA from Lake Forest College and a Real Property Administrator degree from Bentley College.
