Property Manager - Our successful Property Managers possess experience and proven skills in budgeting, leasing, credit and collections, employee supervision and administration. The qualified candidate must possess good understanding and working knowledge of building systems and a working knowledge of federal, state and local housing laws. Strong communication, leadership, organizational and customer service skills are required. College degree and/or CPM designation preferred with property management experience, including management of residential site(s).

Resident Services / Leasing Professional - Are you an upbeat, detail-oriented individual who is able to deliver excellent customer service? This customer service oriented professional will be responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of consumers through in-person, telephone and email screening, completing all required documentation to expedite smooth rental transactions, excellent resident service, and retention. May assist with the implementation of the Annual Marketing Program and special projects as directed by the Leasing Manager. Prior experience in sales and/or apartment leasing, with a proven ability to close a deal is preferred. Strong communication and follow-up skills required. This position will require working at least one weekend day as part of their schedule. Candidates must have current, valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to conduct company business.

Maintenance Technician - CHR’s Maintenance Technicians possess a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients. A current driver's license in good standing is required. Participation in rotating on-call schedule is required.
