Systems Project Manager

Responsible for managing IT systems projects throughout their life cycle and interfacing with departmental, interdepartmental and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects. Under general supervision, supports and administers a multi-server LAN/WAN; performs a variety of maintenance, support, installation, and troubleshooting tasks to enable users to maximize productivity. Assists in planning and development of network resources and documentation of procedures, IT infrastructure inventory/configuration and problem resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide general IT project management and documentation
• Manage communication with project stakeholders and vendors
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN and WAN hardware and software to ensure proper operation
• Review and interpret server logs to ensure constant operation and anticipate potential errors
• Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure documentation
• Recommend policies and procedures to ensure network and data security
• Maintain workstation and server operation system upgrades, patches and fixes
• Assist in providing end user helpdesk support
• Anticipate hardware and software needs for planning and budgeting
• Communicate with users to maintain PC/LAN operating environments, maintain passwords
• Maintain, troubleshoot and recommend ways improve the utilizations of PDAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent education and work experience
• 5 years experience in supporting LAN/WAN environment
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification or equivalent certification or experience
• Significant knowledge of and background in Microsoft server and workstation operating systems and application suites
• Significant knowledge of and experience with Exchange server and SQL server
• Training and experience in project management practices

    Landscape Manager

    We have an opening for a full time Landscape Manager. Supervises, schedules and performs the landscape maintenance and snow removal operations at Hancock Village and other CHR-managed properties. Landscape Manager oversees a full time in-house staff and subcontractors. Successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills with a positive can do attitude.     We have an immediate opening for an experienced Regional Leasing Manager to educate and coach on-site property staff in corporate leasing programs. Duties include performing marketing analysis: including analyzing traffic, and leasing reports, assist in setting market rents, reviewing comps and shopping market competition. Work closely with all Resident Services Professionals to determine each employee’s strengths and weaknesses to ensure that leasing is the number one objective and that all policies and procedures are in full compliance by all employees. (i.e. Appearance of models, guest cards, lease paperwork, etc.) Design any specific training to overcome any weaknesses of leasing consultants. Provides focused support to struggling properties and assists teams with marketing decisions. Candidates must have current, valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to conduct company business, including travel to different properties within the portfolio. Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel are required.
  • Minimum of 5 years residential leasing experience, lease up experience preferred.
  • Professional image with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as ability to multi-task.
